About me/ About us

Since 2010, we have been helping entrepreneurs, Czech companies and international companies in the EU to get the best results from their teams. More precisely, we set up their HR management so that the result is of the greatest benefit to the entire organization.

I started my own company in 2010 and have experienced good and bad times. I set up a recruitment agency with several branches and also founded training and coaching companies. But over time, I’ve realized that I feel most comfortable coming into companies as an independent expert, helping them identify weaknesses in their HR management and making suggestions on how to fix them.

I consider HR auditing to be my supreme discipline, for which I have developed several innovations and my own procedures – but for which I also (for some reason) have a natural predisposition. I can uncover problematic phenomena very quickly and am rarely wrong.
